Here is a picture of the French toast casserole that we took to brunch on Mothers Day. It is puffy when it comes out of the oven but by the time we reached our destination it was flatter. This is a super easy recipe and the kids love it. You make it the night before and bake in the morning. I will need to remember this is a good recipe to make before leaving for a long day at the ball fields. I will post the recipe when I get home.
